General Contest, Sweepstakes or Give Away Rules

Any contest, sweepstakes or give away sponsored by Lowe's Inc. DBA Lowe's Floral and Garden Center promoted in any manner including but not limited to radio, print, FaceBook, Website, or Email, shall be bound by the following conditions:

All prizes shall be distributed in the form of a gift certificate.  The value of the gift certificate shall be stated in each contest individually.  The gift certificate shall have an expiration date of one year from the date of issue.  The gift certificate can be surrendered in person to any cashier at Lowe's Floral and Garden Center located at 1640 4th Ave NE, Minot, ND 58703 in exchange for goods and services.  The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.  The winner shall be notified by Email that they have won the contest or sweepstakes.  The gift certificate shall be mailed out to the mailing address supplied by the contestant within three (3) business days.  Contest start and end times and dates will be specifically noted in each contest.  

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  Contestants must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.  Contestants must be legal residents of the State of North Dakota.  Void where prohibited.

The odds of wining a particular prize or contest will vary based on the number of people who enter.  There will only be one prize awarded per contest and will be drawn at random from all correct answers recieved on our website during the contest period.  

Lowe's Inc. DBA Lowe's Floral and Garden Center reserves the right to use limited identifying information to publicly congratulate any contest winners which will include but is not limited to, the winners first name and last initial and the winners city of residence.  Lowe's further reserves the right to thank any contest winners in any manner including but not limited to print, email communications, radio, television, Facebook, etc.
